Emerging Yoga is designed for children of all ages and abilities. Emerging Yoga for Kids , where children can explore the joys of yoga through fun, engaging activities that promote physical health, emotional well-being, and social skills. With over 10 years of experience in cultivating mindful movement, our classes integrate imaginative play, storytelling, and creative poses tailored to children of all ages and abilities. Each session is designed to enhance flexibility, coordination, and strength while fostering mindfulness and emotional resilience. Our warm and supportive environment encourages children to express themselves, build confidence, and develop essential social skills through group interactions. Join us as we embark on a journey of self-discovery and holistic growth, helping children thrive both on and off the mat!

 

 

Emerging Yoga Infants

Emerging Yoga begins at infancy, offering massage therapy for babies. It’s never too early to include key elements of yoga such as, relaxation and calm, into a baby’s world. Starting from 6 weeks and up, gentle massages and simple stretches all help with early brain development. Foot massages and tummy massages are especially helpful for colicky babies. Introducing calm music, lighting, and sound can teach at an early age a signal for tranquility.

Yoga for toddlers all the way up Pre-K is offered to foster balance, strength & flexibility. Our yoga program builds confidence in how children relate to their bodies and their attitude toward physical activity.

Emerging Yoga has been shard in Day Care centers, Elementary Schools and is also offered privately to families seeking additional enrichment for their young ones.
