YOGA INSTRUCTION- Private or Group (2+ individuals)

Nadia’s services are both restorative and challenging, designed for all levels.  Nadia’s approach to teaching reaches far beyond the physical body.  Her philosophy is, “mental flexibility before physical flexibility.”  She therefore designs her teaching style with the consideration of the mental, emotional, feeling, energetic, and physical bodies all in mind.  The objective is not to “stretch” but rather recharge ones SHU (Life force) and allow it to flow through the body.  It is the flow of SHU which ultimately provides access to flexibility.

Services are designed with the individual in mind. A free consultation is offered via phone or online (Skype, Zoom, etc.)

75-minute Private Yoga Session. Rate $60. (Packages for multiple classes available upon request.

Semi-Private Group Sessions 2+ individuals

As with Private Yoga for individuals, Group yoga offers tailored sequences and detailed requests, depending on your group. Private sessions are helpful to those new to yoga or  for those not ready to attend a public class.
Private and Group sessions are great for parties, family gatherings, weekend getaway with friends.

Rates $35 for 2-5 people
